Bionor was purchased by the founder of Bionor AS, Birger Sørensen and his team, on September 28, 2017.
The new owners/management will focus on implementing a new strategy that includes the final development of the combined vaccines that provides a functional cure against HIV, defining the regulatory path and seeking a strategic partnership on the commercialization of the vaccines.
